Hey everyone. My name is Ryan and I've been on the NHE plan for about 2 weeks
now, and it's going pretty well!
I'm trying to find some more data on the cardio exercises like the linebacker
and shortstop drills. I can't quite understand how it's described in the book,
and also how to incorporate it into HIIT style cardio.
Does anyone here do this? Any ideas or tips?
