Re: [HormonalFitness] Faigin changed the NHE program!!!!

Guy,

I can see your sentiment. It would have been great had Rob continued to develop his site. In defence of Rob, I think it's unfair to be really disappointed in him, for all he's done that there's no reason he should have done for anyone in the first place. I'm sure he's making good use of his time, helping others improve their lives, and for individuals as intelligent as yourself, I'm not sure he can do so much more for you than he already has. Rob has definitely given me a foundation to help me make the right choices and to learn more about health. I can only thank him for his incredible books, I would in no way hold anything against an individual who has inspired me to such a degree, and to whom I'm in such debt.

Simon

I've read his newest book for a second time (permanent fat loss diet

On the general eating plan he now advises to eat not more than 30

more than 60 grams of active carbs on the downcyle.

probable he received emails from other or his own experience that he
had better result in fat loss when the carbs were restricted to 30
grams.

if you have this book! go to page 13 and read it.

personally i think it's ridiculous that there's no update about this
on his website because it's very inmportant for NHE users. also these
day his site looks really amateuristic if he really want to sell some
more products then there must come a MAJOR UPDATE for extique and
Olusa both sites are really dated, and most links don't work anymore.

I'm really dissaponted in Rob Faigin.

greetings.

That's interesting. I've cited it before but I'll do it again. In the Ask Rob section he writes this as an answer: "The lower limit of carbs per downcycle day...
