Well done applying NHE since 2003. It's a lifestyle health plan for the long term and your testimony adds further proof of its feasibility.
 

Rob was planning on marketing his supplement, write a report in calf exercises and maybe also produce another resistance training instruction video. It's been about a year and a half since I heard from him last. It would be good to hear from him again as he's been a great inspiration for all of us.

 

Could it be that Rob has gained bodyfat and has changed the course of his life, running for Superior Court Judge? http://votefaigin.com/index.html I don't quite recognize him though ;)
