Rob mentions a type of feedback mechanism that can come into play when
taking individual aminos.
I have been taking Glutamine for a month now. I started on it to
improve mental energy and to help out with my workouts. On these
fronts it seems to be doing well for me.
Should I be taking any extra amounts of certain nutrients with it and
should I be concerned about some sort of feedback occuring?
