Swollen Neck Glands   Message List

I am currently on day 5 of the 7-day metabolic shift of the NHE Eating
Plan. I have developed swollen lymph nodes in the neck area and red,
sensitive skin behind my ears. I was wondering if anyone had heard
anything about these symptoms relating to the first 7 day period of
low carbohydrates or if this is just a coincidence. For reference,
yesterday I ate a cheese omlette, tofu, two hard-boided eggs, broiled
trout, a cheese stick, and a protein shake throughout the day.

It's possible, so you could try to eat fewer eggs for a while and see... If your symptoms disappear eat more eggs and see if they reappear. Do this with any...
