This is a support group started for people who have survived toxic workplaces and/or who are currently in a toxic workplace being bullied and mobbed.

The purpose of this group is to provide support and validation of the target. Also to help each other grow and heal.

One Golden Rule - public ridicule of members or trolling is not allowed here. This is a safe place to learn from one another, to grow and heal. Please remember we all heal at different times and in different ways. Respect for one another is important here.

We do respectively request that harassers are not fully named in this forum - a silly nickname or non-descript name should suffice.

Spiritual insights into the healing process or what helps you cope are always welcome here. (Psalm 37 is a personal favorite).
