new workout

I take it you dont add weight when you go from your twenty rep set
to your ten then add more for your six?
John Casler writes:
Yes, you "ALWAYS" add weight any and every time you can.
EACH AND EVERY SET IS A REP MAXIMUM SET!!!
That is, you do as much weight as you can for that rep range. And don't
hold back, or it won't work.

Also do you go to failier or leave a rep or to in the bag?
John Casler writes:
The only time you leave a rep in the chute is in the beginning, as you are
conditioning yourself. As long as you perform a RM Personal Record, beyond
your previous best, it is OK to save it for the next set. We are not
looking for huge jumps, unless you started too low to begin with. But
eventually, you will be hitting Personal Records each and every set.
Not bad hitting 6 Personal bests every workout 3 times a week for 3-9
months.

Do you do the 20 10 6 thing for deads and squats to?
John Casler writes:
Especially exercises like deads and squats. This is an exercise in
INTENSITY. You will discover levels of performance within yourself, you
didn't know existed.
Don't rush, make progress every workout, and enjoy the new muscle and
strength.
