You are welcome, Wayne. I try to go later in the day
to avoid the crowd. Doesn't always turn out that way
though. One thing that works is training at 9pm on a
Friday -- everyone but the real meatheads is out
having fun at that time :)
I am as a matter of fact using the system right now,
but this time very slowly and gradually. This time I
really am adding one or two pounds at a time so the
increases are imperceptible. I do go up 5 pounds at a
time on leg presses, but only on that one exercise.
Let's see how far I can go.
