Thanks to everyone who had a suggestion on my tricep problem. I have
no machines at my gym apart from a latt pull down old thing. I whent
for kickbacks in the end but dont think ill be doing that again as
the contraction hurt I think it must be down to the lack of a pre
stretch in the exercise but the contraction was almost like a
stabbing sharp tight feeling.
I may do a partial press as was suggested but am tentative due to
bad shoulders
Thanks Miguel ive not heard of a board press or floor press do I
need a machine?
