Well, I've been using Mike Mentzer's training system for the last couple
of months and have to say I love it. I used to train 1-2 hours 3-4X a
week and I have to say it was a real CHORE getting psyched up to
workout at that level. I'm just trying to keep in shape, not be the
next Mr. Olympia.

Now I'm doing about 20-25 minutes (max) about every 5-7 days and, as you
have experienced, weights are going up constantly. The hardest part is
believing that this works...but it sure as heck seems to. AND...I have
to say I actually LOOK FORWARD to working out because I know I'm going
to be moving some iron, I'll be sore the next couple of days (the way I
tell if I got a good workout) and, most importantly, I'll be finished in
1/2 hour MAX!

Just my two cents.
John
