Recently returned to powerlifting/HIT training after a lay off of
many years. Right now I do on Mondays; Squat 1x10, Pullup 1x12,
bench 1x8, dip 1x12, rotator cuff exercises, ab exercies. Thursday;
military press 1x8, deadlift standing on a pop bottle crate 1x10, db
curl 1x12, 0ne arm C&P alternating arms(DB) 1x10. Both workouts take
about 20 minutes. I also do quite a bit of stretching. I had to
quit running because of a torn ankle tendon. So far after a month the
weights have been climbing, but I had no where to go but up. Are
these workouts to brief?
