Hi I thought Id ask if anyone can think of a exercise for triceps, as
I have been doing tricep pressdowns with a rope but am going to have to
stop as I get a sharp pain in elbows, and having recently hurt my
shoulders through dipping while it hurts which has ment I cant train
shoulders or chest due to impingement pains for a while. I do not want
a repeat performence for my elbows. I can only think of kick backs a
exercise I have little confidence in, as there only seems to be
resistence in the last few inches of the movement.
Head cruchers are out as they to ended up giving me pain although I
liked them a lot. All pressing movements are also out.
So it seems Im stuck with kick backs unless there is a exercise Ive
missed?
