i never cramp. Take taurine and you may never cramp again. Also if
you have foot cramps take alfalfa tablets. it cures gout and helps
with some pain.
Also i drink pickle juice before i play tennis the night before and
the morning of. Also its been proven too much potassium can give you
cramps also . later chris
