Hi, I am 6'6" and squat to parallel, and that for me is a big range
of movement compared to the 5'4" guy next to me.

With long legs and a long back is there any advantages or
disadvantages to me going arse to heels on my squats and if so what
sort of weight should I drop off the bar percentage wise to start
with.

Tks George
