Hello, HELLO, H-E-L-L-O!!!
Can anybody awnser this for me???
I would like to know as many different experiences and variants on the use
of a funny little peice of equipment called the "GERARD TRAP BAR".
This is a diamond shaped peice of equipment that one stands in, and holds
the handles.
I am told that is is like a combination of the squat and the deadlift, and
is a wounderful invention?
Has anybody used this item?
I find that NEw Zealand gyms are totally, and thouroghly stubbon in order of
trying new and inventive things.
The other day I went down to Les Mills gym here in New Zealand, and tried to
sell them some of my mini disks weighing 1/2kgs, 1/4kgs, 1/8kgs, and they
wern't interested.
While we are on the subject of VARITIONS AND THEMES, I can and will suggest:
Squats:
Plain Olympic Back Barbell/Deep Knee Bend,
Manta Ray,
Hack,
Reverse Hack,
Smith machine,
Jefferson,
Zetcher,
Leg Press,

U-Chute (I can and will explain),

Any more?
Deadlift:

any other THEMES AND VARIATIONS.
