Hi Again!
First, I really want to thank everyone who has taken the time to write
to me!! I am overwhelmed -- so many very helpful people out there :)

I should have given more details in my original email about what I
take and my "stats":
I am on the Gold program ... I take formulas 1, 2 & 3. Cell-U-Loss,
Aminogen, Snack Attack and fiber. I use 2 tablespoons of my shake
powder with 8 oz. of water.
I drink my shakes for breakfast and lunch and eat dinner with my
husband. This is what fits into my lifestyle at home. When I visit
my daughter in Michigan, I can switch and eat a lunch and drink my
shake for dinner which really does make a difference! Anyway, my
meals consist of a salad (no dressing) or vegetable and a protein. I
am very good at staying away from carbs! If I snack, it is on the
HPLC (peanut butter) protein bars or the HL soybeans, or green peppers
and low-fat mozzarella cheese sticks; sometimes other raw vegetables -
never with any dip. Occasionally, I will have a Zone bar (I like the
crunch in them). I don't eat fruits hardly at all though I did eat
watermelon this summer but it showed up as a loss on my scale :) I
never drink any juice ... I did only on one day when I had to fast for
a colonscopy and saw what terrible results occured on the scale!!!
Arrrgh!
I cannot take the Herbal Tea (caffeine) or the Total Control (citrus
aurantium) because I am bi-polar and they flip me into a terrible
manic state!! If you are a Distributor, PLEASE be aware of this
before you sell these products to a customer!
I am 5'5-3/4", small boned. When I began Herbalife at the end of
January, 2003 -- I weighed 283.5. I presently weigh 197.5. My goal
weight is 130 and I am very anxious to get there so I can begin seeing
old friends and so relatives will recognize me again!
My exercise program consists of daily walking and use of my
cardio-exerciser. Although, presently we have a large forest fire
nearby and the valley is full of smoke so I staying indoors and just
using my cardio-exerciser.
What I have realized so far from my emails is that I have cut back on
my water intake. I am also going to try a suggestion someone sent me
of adding the Protein Powder to my shakes. I have tried the 21 day
Herbal cleansing before and did not see anything different with that
at all!!! Anyway, I'll let you know how this works. I am still open
to any other suggestions anyone has, of course :)
