At the age of 54 I weighed 144 kg and my body fat was 49%. Not only
was my weight rising, but I suffered from many health problems, like
high blood pressure, high cholesterol, problems with knee joints,
thromboses, swelled legs, heart arrhythmia, sleep disorder and
migraine. I was really sick and I felt very bad. Even the doctors were
worried and I didn't believe that my life could change.

Doppler-Analysis the doctor said that my veins are open again. I don't
need anymore medicine.

products, I became a healthy person and have got a new vitality. I am
so happy with my new weight and will continue to reduce it to 80 kg.
