Many people are surprised to hear that some people do clear (are cured of) HCV, without treatment. It is true and they call it Spontaneous Clearance of Hepatitis C. In fact, research indicates that approximately 25% of adults infected with Hepatitis C spontaneously clear the virus without treatment (though different studies have found rates ranging from about 10% to 50%).

My personal recomendations [I am not a doctor] - drink PLENTY of water - stop eating sugar, organ meat, and fried foods - cut back on red meats - stop ALL alcohol/tobacco/illegal drug use - cut back on prescription/OTC drugs not absolutely necessary - eat lots of fresh fruits/vegitables steamed or raw - get plenty of rest and exercise - move towards a stress free enviorment, and think positive - find something you enjoy doing to keep from worrying - FOLDERS '011' contains suppliments that you may want to concider taking - CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT EVERYTHING - Write your questions down and get copies of all your medical records, labs, etc. ---- My therory is that since everything passes through the liver [IE: skin absorbtion, oral, air] we should lessen the toxins passing through our livers, and slow the progression of the disease, and promote better quality of life.
