Heart-Beats is an online support and resource group for pre and post heart transplant patients, patients being tested for possible cardiac transplant, as well as the families, caregivers, and friends of those patients. Our discussions include various aspects of heart transplantation as well as organ donation, and are frank and open. We’re here to offer emotional support, as well as news and information. This group is administered by transplant patients, family members, and caregivers. If you’re in any of those categories, it’s our sincere hope that you’ll accept this invitation to join with us in both giving and accepting friendship and support to other travelers on this journey.
