This group consists of people who are interested in a "Healthy Living"as part of our lifestyle . It comprises fitness exercises, vitanutrients, healthy cooking, exchange of tips on how to care of our health as well as the indoors environment we live in. We will be exchanging ideas, recipes, tips, positive thinking,(feng shui, why not?) and all the good stuff so we all can be healthy eating well, living well and therefore receiving all the positive things life has to offer!
