Please see below and thanks for your help ! Please call ASAP to
prevent this from going into the House.
All the best -

Please take 2 minutes to help with this. If this bill is passed you
would be severely limited to only seeing registered dieticians for
your nutritional purposes and supplement recommendations. Many
people such as homeopaths, Naturopaths, herbalists, etc would NOT be
able to provide any advice any more if these bills are passed - thank
you very much. Please call (512-463-0112) ASAP -

Colleagues and Friends,
The two Senate Bills, 989 and 1209, are currently
before the Senate Health and Human Services Committee. They both
seek to mandate licensure of nutritional counseling in the state of
Texas and outlaw any naturopath or unlicensed nutritional counselor
from offering advice to any citizen for compensation. They
aresupported by powerful special interests.
At the advice of a leading national health
freedom advocate, we
are attempting to convince the Chairman of the Senate
Health and Human Services Committee, Sen. Jane Nelson, to not bring
these bills to a hearing. The best way to do that is to call her
number (512-463-0112) and express your and your family's opposition
to these deeply flawed bills.
This tactic apparently worked when we used it with the
House Public Health Committee Chair, it can work again. When you
contact her office, ask for the staffer who handles health issues.
Suggested wording is as follows:
"Hello, my name is ________ . I am calling to
express my and my family's oppositon to Senate Bills 989 and 1209. I
believe they are bad deal for health freedom for all Texans. Please
ask Senator Nelson to NOT allow these bills to be heard before the
committee, and to ask her fellow committee members to not support
either bill." Expect to be
asked for your contact information (i.e., address or
phone number).
PLEASE help us defeat these bills! Nothing less
than our collective right to choose who we see for health
advice is at stake. Thanks for your support.

Purification neet several drops, several times a day has (helped) saved
2 gangrene big toes that I know and the first case was so bad the man
had been admitted to the hospital for the amputation to be done but
surgery was canceled after Pur entered the pic for just 3 days.

Meanwhile this uncle has obvious problems with his immune system,
digestive system, cardiovascular system, hormone system, nerve system
and I would imagine his emotions as well.

You know how it works. Cleanse, nourish, rebuild, + balance the emotions
{start with the liver]{which is also the "seat" of our emotions}

Colic on horses is sometimes very severe and should be
dealt with carefully. Remember a horse weighs 5-7
times more than the average human and doses should be
regulated as such.

I deal with race horses and they often die from colic
if not cared for quickly. If you want more
information on how we treat race horses for colic,
email me back.

Hello Joyanna,
DiTone is the oils for relieving colic on horses. Rub it onto the belly
region, into the ears, and around the coronet band on the hooves.
Good luck.

Hi
While there are many essential oils that can help with sinuses, it's
pretty tough to beat Eucalyptus globulus. Whether you inhale it from
a tissue, diffuse it in the air or (best yet) tent your head over a
bowl to which you've added 2 drops of Eucalyptus and inhale for 10
minutes, this oil is amazing! I have done this when I'm so stuffed up
I can hardly breathe (let alone smell anything) and in no time my
nose is cleared up and I'm on the mend. This oil is also well
recognized to help boost the immune system! Just make sure if you
want to put it onto your body you blend it first with a carrier oil
of some sort to avoid any skin irritation.

I was wondering if anyone could suggest aYL protocol for arsenic poisoning. I
have a very dear 80 year old friend who has sufferred from this for almost 8
years. With the help of a couple of friends, he brought himself back to the land
of the living when the doctors had basically sent him home to die. I have
recently introduced him to the oils and he loves them. He asked me to ask all
of you, if you had any suggestions.
Thanks for all the great tips that are offerred here.

Hi Fellow oilers,

I found the following information about Sage and Memory.
Since my husband has memory loss, this is of immediate interest to
me. If
others have already used this oil for the condition, I'd appreciate
your input.

In the newsletter of the health science institute is the following
about Sage
oil and memory.

In the 17th century, noted herbalist Nicholas Culpeper wrote that the
herb
sage could "heal" the memory, while, "warming and quickening the
senses."

Here in the opening days of winter, anything that will warm and
quicken my
senses sounds very inviting.

Culpeper wasn't the only herbalist (and certainly not the first) to
recognize
that sage can help improve memory. Now - centuries later - scientists
believe they know why.

An enzyme called acetylcholinesterase (AChE) breaks down a chemical
called
acetylcholine that is typically deficient in memory loss patients.
Researchers
from the Medical Plant Research Centre (MPRC) at the Universities of
Newcastle
and Northumbria in the UK have shown that sage inhibits AChE.

A study conducted by researchers at MPRC demonstrates the possible
results of
inhibiting AChE. Researchers gave 44 subjects either sage oil
capsules or
placebo capsules containing sunflower oil, and then conducted word
recall tests.
The group that received sage oil turned in significantly better test
results
than subjects that took placebo. However, researchers say that
further tests
are needed to fully determine just how far-reaching sage's effect may
be on
memory.

That would make sense because by blowing up baloons, one would be getting
more oxygen than normal to the brain because of all the deep breathing and
resistance/holding on the exhale. Brain Power oxygenates the brain...maybe
she should cut back a bit and not oxygenate the brain as much by either
using less or less often.

My daughter has it and it doing very well with the following:

No alcohol (tough for a 21 year old)
a healthy diet with whole grain foods
lots of fiber
fruits and vegetables
and, if possibie, minimum stress

she was also on the medication dipentum which was taken 5 times a day with
meals, so she eats often, small meals.

The improvement has been good.

I believe she just changed from dipentum to something else. If you wish that

she won't be able to swallow. She has had many surgeries to the neck

INDIGO CHILDREN, ESSENTIAL OILS &
  A Must-See Book and Movie
There must be an answer to this growing phenomenon. At least one possibility
is expressed in a very enlightening book entitled The Indigo Children (Hay
House, Inc., Lee Carrol and Jan Tober, 1999). I recently read this book cover to
cover. I recommend it to everyone who is a parent, grandparent, teacher, or
to anyone who loves children.
The Indigo Children explains in detail that Indigo Children are unique and
different and ....they are plentiful on the earth today. The Indigo Child is a
boy or girl who displays a new and unusual set of psychological attributes,
revealing a pattern of behavior generally undocumented before. In addition to
being unusually smart and very bright, these children seem self-directed,
resisting outside authority and control. They seem to be "system busters."
Unfortunately many of these, our brightest children, are being misdiagnosed with
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
The book explains why so many Indigo Children are thought to have ADD. It
also explains why a rigid, controlling environment is wrong for these children,
and what alternatives may be considered. If for any reason, you are already
using Ritalin or some other numbing medication with your children, the book
gives tremendous hope that you never again need to feel desperate over having a
super smart, energetic child. It tells you how to talk to and educate an Indigo
Child and help them to be successful and happy.
If you do not appreciate some of the New Age wording in parts of the book, I
simply encourage you to get over the labels, apply your own wording, keep
reading, and experiencing the real message that the book brings to us. You will
not be sorry.
The popularity of this book has been so great that on January 29th, a movie
is being released about these children, our children. You can find out more
about the movie locations in your area by going to www.inidgothemovie.com.
  Essential Oils For Indigo Children
Indigo children are extremely sensitive to their environment, on both a
physical and emotional level. They are naturally curious, and somewhat impatient
and impulsive. They have a strong need and desire to experience the environment
with their senses. While there needs to be a balance between providing safety
for your child and allowing enough space for exploration, you will find that
they respond extremely well to aromatherapy. Introduce them to essential oils
gradually; allow them to discover the benefits of essential oils for
themselves. These are some suggestions:
Tangerine (#3644, $12.00) This fruit must have been made for children. It is
small, easy to peel, and can easily satisfy a child’s appetite. Essential oil
of mandarin is also very "child friendly" and is safe to use during
pregnancy. Use as an aid to the digestive and nervous system. A relaxing,
uplifting
essential oil. To avoid photo-toxicity, use with caution outdoors in sunny
weather.
Lavender (#3575, $20.00) Lavender is an "all purpose" essential oil,
benefitting all body systems. Lavender has so many uses that books have been
written
on just this oil alone. Lavender can be used in baths, in the diffusor, on a
pillow at bedtime, or just worn on the body. It calms agitated, restless
children and is very relaxing.
Clarity (#3321, $21.00) is a therapeutic blend made with essential oils of
Basil, Cardamom, Rosemary, Peppermint, Bergamont, Granium, Jasmin, Lemon,
Palmrosa, Roman Chamomile, Rosewood, andYlang Ylang. If you have a restless
teenager who is somewhat loud, obnoxious, and has trouble settling down to do
homework, try this. Use as a mellowing room spray or diffuse. To make a spray,
add 1
part Clarity to 20 parts distilled water, and put in a spray bottle.
Peace and Calming (#3393, ) is made from essential oils of Blue Tansy,
Patchouly, Tangerine, Orange andYlang Ylang. While these essential oils have
many
therapeutic properties, Peace and Calming is primarily used to combat stress
and promote feelings of warmth, love, and security.

and fighting staph infection if I need to.What would you do to boost
your immune before an operation? I am not sure how often to use the
oils and if I need to breath them plus use them in a carrier lotion
at the same time? Thanks for any help! Muleswood

Now – centuries later – scientists
believe they know why.

However, researchers say that
further tests
are needed to fully determine just how far-reaching sage's effect may
be on
memory.

I have a contact who has Crohn's Disease. I have read all the
information in the newest Desk reference, so I believe I have an
understanding of the problem. What I would like to know is if there
are any personal experiences that can help me assist this person to
enhance their health situation. I was surprised to not see a liver
cleanse mentioned, and I would assume that this person should
definately be on Berry Young Juice, but I don't want to do too much
too fast (for the sake of their comfort as this is a very painful
problem to cope with). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to
proceed without being too agressive?

I've been working with someone in my downline who had a kidney
transplant two years ago. Prior to her transplant, the only oils
she was using were Sacred Mountain and Valor. This past year her
doctor told her that her cholesterol was high and wanted to put her
on medication. She came to me seeking an alternative to meds, and I
suggested Aroma Life. Since mid-September 2004 to this date, she
has been using Aroma Life approximately 5 days a week, putting the
oil on her wrist pulse points. She made no changes in her lifestyle
or diet. When her doctor retested her cholesterol this past
December, her numbers went from 238 to 201!! Pretty amazing!! I
told her that if she were to cut back on her dairy products (she
loves cheese), she would most likely see that number decrease even
more. Needless to say, she is thrilled with the outcome, and I am
thrilled for her. The doctor, on the other hand, didn't even want
to know how she accomplished this!

Just love these oils...Jo Ann Warwick
