Re: [Healthline] Digest Number 896

hey everyone ~ i hope that you are recieving infinite blessing in your lives and
the sun is shinning down love on you ( or at least a rainbow is :o)
so what does anyone know about the medicinal qualities or the type of basil know
as "tulasi" that is from india. i know there are a few types i.e. "krishna,
rama, vana(forest) tulsi" but i'm sure that they are generally grouped together.
i know it does a few wonder ful things. besides being anitseptic, antifungal and
producing an energetically awakening scent, it increases spem count... among a
few of it's benifits. all over india this basil ~ which is mostly purple or at
least with a purple tinge ~ is worshiped as the goddess, Sri Radha, Sri
Krishna's beloved. the worship of this basil is documented to have taken place
for literally thousands of years, along with it being a crucial aspect of
ayurveda....
so, anyone know any more about this wondrous gift? please fill me in, i would
love to know (and if any one would loike a few seeds from either of the 3
varietis send me your adress and i'll mail you some ~ they prefer lots of sun
and at least a sprinkle of water every day. thanks and aloha
~Michael

I would be interested in receiving some of the basil seeds. Would they grow in Colorado? Thanks, Edna Michael Bonvino <PhreeinLight@...> wrote:hey...
