I think there are several ways to correct the heels but it will take time.
At night soak, like the other suggested and then coat with a good solution,
I used to use vasiline. And then wear socks to bed. As the skin soften, use
a pumice stone to take off the dead skin. [maybe after the soaking]
NowI might make a massage oil using tea tree oil. And massage this well
into the heels.
Now the internal, drink plenty of water, take a good multi-vit and probably
Vit C and E.
I used to have to work on my heels before sandal season but now I never have
a problem. I think I take so many vits and herbs that I solved the problem,
but I dont' know what is exactly the solution.
