How did you apply those oils ? The most powerful method I have found for the
upper respiratory system (to include the esophagus) is a gargle. Purification is
my favorite. Put 1 drop (if 2 fall in don't worry) in just 1/2 oz of water
(distilled preferred) and gargle for 60 seconds. One whole minute, not just 10
seconds which is the average. Catch your breath, don't choke, and keep gargling,
then swallow. If it is a germ, Purification (or plain lemongrass if you can take
the "bite") have the broadest spectrum of activity. That means I don't need to
know the identity of the germ. I'm not allowed to treat a germ infection with EO
anyways.(plus the chamomile in Pur. is very soothing to the throat). ARNP
