Thanks all! I have to agree with the person who talked about mixing it with sterile water. All the other times I mixed with bacteriostatic water and there was no pain whatsoever (except when it would get a little too cold). This time I used sterile water...and it's lighting my world up in a not so fun way!!

never had one bleed.... and the only time mine ever hurt was just a tad a few seconds after I removed the needle... maybe change the area?

I did the injections and EVERY injection hurt on injection and afterwards and bled/

I am a nurse and I know how to give an injection.

I had the same thing happen when I used plain sterile water instead of sterile
saline or bacteriostatic water. It burned when I injected but not after, my
husband's leg would actually hurt for awhile after the injections. Once we used
up that vial and mixed the next with sterile saline there was no pain
whatsoever.

After you fill your needle let it warm up 10 or 15 or 20 minutes to room temp before injecting it and it probably wont burn.

i personally have had reflux surgery and am/was on medicine during HCG. I would think the ulcer pain is worse when her stomach is empty. I drank a lot of water and occasionally had to take some OTC stomach meds while on HCG. I would call the doctor and ask what is okay to help her without sabotaging her diet plan.

Can I then restart and be successful or will this mess up my hypothalamus

Ps-I bought a two piece suit at kohl’s on clearance too and that was exciting! I still have a few pounds to go to my first goal, but my swim suit will still fit when I lose. I was surprised that I needed a smaller bottom than the top. That was a first!

I have never binged on my load days and gained weight. Load days don’t mean eating all the twinkies and donuts and pizza you want it means good fats. Like almonds, avocados, peanut butter, flaxseed oil. Maybe red meats instead of chicken and fish if you want. Get lots of protein and good fats. Junk food is just a bunch of crap your body never needs.

Speaking from experience you need to do the loading days or 'bingeing' days, or else you will be completely miserable on protocol. The pounds that you gain, are quickly lost within the first couple of days.

When I didn't load correctly, I was starving three weeks into protocol. This shouldn't be.
