Just wanted to check in - and stay accountable- and let you know where I'm
at in the JOURNEY!!
today 11/29:  Homeopathic VLCD Day #9 total released 12.5lbs! This is my
first round and am just loving it! Thanksgiving was not as hard as I
thought- HCG really makes it so nice- no cravings-nohunger etc. This is just
the best way to go- I am just amazed every morning I step on the scale-
totally unbelievable!!

With a vial that small you will have to mix every 4 days. 1000 divided
by 125 will give you 8 doses. Sublingual dosing is twice a day. So if
you mix in 4 ML of solution that should work. But I don't think 125
twice a day is enough. A lot of us do 166 twice a day. But whatever
you like. You don't have to do any of that P1 stuff unless you want
to. As to when to take your meds. It doesn't matter. Just try to do
the 2 doses as close to 12 hrs apart as you can. Weigh whenever you
get up, take your med, and again 12 hrs later. There is no penalty for
slipping the times a little. Many of us forget that second dose and
take it late or not at all.

Hello HCG family!

grils- she is a nurse- loves to workout at the gym - her hubby takes all her
