Quetion for the ladies:

Has anyone gotten a yeast infection from taking the hCG?  I didn't get any the first round but am on a second round with a different shipment of hCG and got one.  My doctor seems to think the hCG caused it.  Could a donor who had one infect the hCG?

Curious to know any similar experiences.  I want to start again but don't want to keep getting infections if that is the cause.  Maybe I could try a new batch/new shipment if that is the cause?

MOST OF THE TIME THIS TYPE OF INFECTION IS CAUSED BY HI ACID LEVELS IN THE BODY NOT A HORMONE. IT SEEMS TO ME IF YOU WANT THIS TO GO AWAY TRY LOTS OF GARLIC AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE EATING YOUR LEAFY GREENS IN MY LAST 1O YEARS EXPERIENCE I HAVE NEVER SEEN A YEAST INFECTIONS DUE TO ANYTHING BUT  TO MUCH ANTIBIOTIC USE AND NOT ENOUGH MINERALS IN THE BODY TO PH BALANCE YOU SYSTEM. THE HCG PROTOCOL IS GREAT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT CONSUMING ALOT OF SUGAR AND STARCHES AND THESE ARE ONE OF THE NUMBER ONE CAUSES FOR BODY TO BE IMBALANCED... PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THIS BEFORE YOU THINK THE HCG CAUSED IT..BEST OF LUCK!!!

offense and I know you are trying to help, but you ignored that

hcg and not saying it can't help with weight loss. I am trying to

as well, that I don't want to get another infection forMYsake and
also that I'd not want to go back to my doctor and tell her I'd had a

question for the ladies unless a male with some medical background/

Any amount of FermPlus that you take will help, but for best results, they say to take it for 30 days when you can.

Thanks for this info!  I did try a Candida yeast cleanse and am taking it now.  I will keep on that until finished (I think 30 days).  I think it said not to do for more than 30 days but I will ask a Whole Foods again and see about maybe continuing.  I will try the FermPlus during the first break (phase 3) between rounds.  I had actually tried several batches of hcg this round all from the same shipment and they all had the same effect.  After I'd take med to clear the infection, knew it was gone and then I'd try a new batch of hcg (from same shipment) and got the same reaction again.  That's why I was pretty sure it was linked and why my doc thinks the hcg is tainted by someone who had an infection when she donated it.  That's also why I've been hesitant to try again even with a new shipment until I found a way to keep this at bay.  I have no history of these infections prior to this incident.  So I got a new shipment of hcg to try and will start again fresh with the Candida cleanse (will also look into the Candida-G you receommended) .

Do you know if you can take the FermPlus for less than 30 days and it sill be effective?  I was wondering if its worth a try before I start the hcg again as well as taking in between rounds.  I will check when I go to Whole Foods to get the Candida-G too about the FermPlus.

This was very good info.  Thank you so much!!!!!  I'm sure it will benefit not only myself but others who have experienced this side effect or may in the future.

Cat, have you tried a product called Candida-G for the yeast infection? It can be used on Phase 2 (diet) and will keep the overgrowth down for you. However, to help in future not to be so susceptible to yeast overgrowth, you can take a product called FermPlus for 30 days to replenish your good bacteria, since it is a product proven to recolonize in the gut, whereas other good strains in other products, you have to keep taking to get the benefit. FermPlus cannot be taken during the diet phase, but can be taken any other time.

Yes, I bought KT's book as well and went through all the "phases" and spent an exhorbitant amount of time and money on what he recommended before I found the true/original/ as laid out by a doctor, not a known thief, protocol.  KT's phases had no effect on me whatsoever.  I lost no weight on them and in fact gained some.

According to your comment!

"My Mom got a yeast infection each time she got pregnant so it could
be due to the hormonse changes and me being prone to it."

This can very well be your answer. Most american doctors want like
the HCG protocol. But in other countries they can buy it over the
counter, and they have been using it for decades. I would find a good
doctor that wants to help you. Dr Simeon thoroughly reseach this
great cure, as far as i can see there is no other out there like this
HCG Protocol.

I also would like to know if you went through all the phases prior to
taking the HCG. This may or may not help you.

So I got a new shipment of hcg to try and will start again fresh with the Candida cleanse (will also look into the Candida-G you receommended).

My doctor is a good doctor and I am not about to change because she doesn't support this as a weight loss option.  Obviously the hcg can offer some help and may also cause some other minor problems.  I don't need a doctor to help me with the hcg administration.  I was saying, and will repeat again as you seemed to have missed this part as well, that I don't want to get another infection for MY sake and also that I'd not want to go back to my doctor and tell her I'd had a recurrance and that I am using the hcg again when she's not recommended it.

Women's bodies react differently to things than men's.  This is true for the hcg as well.  It is even documented in Dr. S's protocol how the hcg reacts differently on men than on women.  So while I realize you are trying to help, I would again say that this is a question for the ladies unless a male with some medical background/knowledg e would like to offer some advise.

Doeas anyone know what hormones change in pregnancy? Meaning , do
you produce more or less estrogren? I am sure other hormones change
too. Wondering what ones are responsible for increase in yeast..or
better skin? or skin breakouts etc?

According to your comment!

"My Mom got a yeast infection each time she got pregnant so it could
be due to the hormonse changes and me being prone to it."

This can very well be your answer. Most american doctors want like
the HCG protocol. But in other countries they can buy it over the
counter, and they have been using it for decades. I would find a good
doctor that wants to help you. Dr Simeon thoroughly reseach this
great cure, as far as i can see there is no other out there like this
HCG Protocol.

I also would like to know if you went through all the phases prior to
taking the HCG. This may or may not help you.

Yeah well I wondered about the hcg and the hormones...even if not tainted as my doc suspects.  My Mom got a yeast infection each time she got pregnant so it could be due to the hormonse changes and me being prone to it.  I don't know.  Only other time I ever got one was when I was on antibiotics and it killed all the good bacteria or some such.  Just trying to be more cautious for next time.  I am under a GREAT deal of stress right now so maybe my hormone levels are off and this just aggrevated it more.  :(

OK, so in addition to waiting time before starting up again (doc already gave me med, I just don't want this to recurr everytime I try hcg and my doc is not for it so she won't be happy if I fgo back and say it recurred) I am going to make sure I load well. Thanks for the tip.

Hello to all. I am new here and would so much appreciate if you could
let me know the best place to buy HCG from a website or mail. I used HCG
maybe
25 years ago and it worked well..I really want to give it another try
but the
prices are all over the place and I am concerned about finding the right
place
to purchase HCG..
Thanks in advance and wish you all a happy Holiday,

My doctor did check it and she doesn't want me to use it anymore.  Either this batch or any other.  She also never believed in HCG as a diet aid anyway.  My Mom got them everytime she was pregnant so it could also be something in my genetics and being exposed to the HCG.  I stopped using the current batch and guess its best to wait a few weeks until all the hcg is out of my system.  Then I"m going ot try a new batch (differenr shiopmnt) and see what hapens.  Hopefully it was a fluke but my doc does not support me using this as a diet aid.

I'm no lady but I've been researching original HCG for a little bit.
I've never heard of any woman getting a yeast infection. I would
check the source of your HCG shippment, or have a Health care
proffessional that specializes in HCG protocol check the HCG before
you use it if you belive it really is the HCG that caused this. HCG
is a natural substance. I hope this helps.

get any the first round but am on a second round with a different
shipment of hCG and got one.  My doctor seems to think the hCG caused
it.  Could a donor who had one infect the hCG?

I order it and ship it out. It will be very hard to get it not in
amps. here is what I sell. The hcg, vials and stoppers that you can
reuse, needles (two different types), bacteriostatic water, mixing
instructions, recipes and tips and I have been doing this for quite
some time so you can also emial or call me at any time. The prices
are this: insulin needles- $275 Regular needles-$264. this includes
everything that is listed above. It takes about 3 weeks for me to get
it and then it is shipped to you. If you want me to overnight it to
you it is an extra $22.00. That is simply my cost. Let me know
