Last summer, I had great success losing almost 40 pounds with Dr.
Simmons  pro.   Since Christmas I've gained about 15 back.  So...I'm
doing a 23 day ,hcg  injections and Phase 2.   Has anyone gained
weight back?  I'm excited to get started as soon as the hcg arrives.

Hi,

I was about to order my supplies from researchsupply.net, but got a
little confused over the syringes and needles to order.

I am going to be doing the subcutaneous injections in the stomach, and
read that people are doing this with a 31g 5/16 insulin needle.  I can
find those, but the only syringe sizes they come with are 1/2cc,
3/10cc, and 1cc.

The instructions in the "files" document says I need a 3cc syringe.

Should I just buy the 3cc syringe without a needle, and then snap in a
31g, 1/2" hypodermic needle for my daily injections?

Any help you can offer is appreciated.

solid program of at least 3 days per week (hopefully more), including
weight training (not heavy), lots of cardio, stretching and yoga. On
days when I don't go to the gym, I plan to at least walk outside for
30-60 minutes.

I am wondering if this will improve or optimize my overall results.
I have been reading lots of posts and blogs about everyone's
experience and progress on HCG. It has all been very encouraging,
but I have not heard much about exercise from anyone. Seems like all
these good results were acheived by diet and HCG alone.

Can exercise be harmful in any way? I have seen the recommendation
of walking an hour everyday, but what about the kind of working out I
am talking about? Any risks?

Seems like maintaining a good workout program can help for those
times when you go off the diet slightly or have a "cheat night out".

Hi Yochanan,

Congrats on your progress and success so far!  Can you tell me where
you get your HCG?  and also, do you inject in the muscle (shoulder,
hip, buttocks, etc) or in the stomach subcutaneous fat?  I have heard
that either will work, but just curious what you did.

I will be starting on the HCG program soon.  I am also a guy (not too
many guys posting, I find) and need to lose about 50 pounds (260
right now).  I am hoping to get down to about 255 before I start
Phase 2, and then be at around 215-220 at the end of Phase 2.  Then I
am hoping for 205-210 by the end of Phase 3.

I eat out all the time, and find that my biggest weakness is beer.
It is going to be really hard to go 9 weeks or so and not go out to
eat and drink at least a few times here and there.  But I am going to
do my best.  Any advice or suggestions that you have that might help,
I would really appreciate.

Do you have a reference for why you believe that Pregnyl is synthetic? The
package insert says that it is extracted from the urine of pregnant women, which
would make it natural. BTW, you can't get diseases from natural hCG, regardless

I will be getting my bloodwork done at a local lab on Monday (3/24)
and then hope to get my HCG by mid-late/April.
