Hello everyone and Thanks again for all the input about where to buy
HCG..... My second question is what do you gorge on when you gorge
for the 2nd time. Organic with bread and starch, or organic without
bread and starch, or as I did the first time I gorged with
hamburgers, pizza, and chinese food. I must be truthful I did not
complete any of phase 1 and still lost 40 lbs. on phase 2. On phase
3 I ate a lot and still lost 6 more pounds in 5 weeks. Not much
exercise but more than I use to do which was nothing. I will do some
cleansing on phase 4. I do know it is the right thing to do. Phase 2
was not difficult for me and I was never hungry. HONEST.....On phase
3 I have been eating a lot of organic chicken chili and it is
wonderful on lettuce with hard boiled eggs on top with organic
salsa. The chili I make starts with some coconut oil and olive oil
and I saute my onions and bell pepper and garlic, then I add my
ground chicken and organic tomatoes diced from a can and the
Williams original chili seasoning packet from my local grocery
store. It contains no msg,no fillers, no preservatives, no
artificial flavors, no artificial colors. All it contains is chili
peppers, garlic and other spices. I really think if we did not use
the oils and bell pepper that this would be fine to eat on phase 2.
It taste wonderful, I like it better than turkey or beef chili. Well
to everyone thanks for all you input and Happy Losing.

AREYOU drinking lots of water?  Whenever I feel weak I drink more water or  Yerba Mate tea. I felt weak at different times through this past week(my first week on phase 2.)

You should do a "search" on "Oral HCG" on this site as there was a
long conversation at the very beginning of this site.

While I was on Phase 2, I tried not taking my shot the day after I
cheated and it did not help. If you cheat you will gain weight. You
just have to revert back to the diet asap and for every day you cheat
it may take 2 days to lose what you gain. I am not sure if dropping one
of the meals will make any difference but it might help.

I was not hungry after 2-3 days so I only cheated because I had to go
to dinner with customers for 4 days in a row.

Are you drinking the Yerba Mate tea in the morning 3-4 cups and
drinking the Oolong tea after each meal? Those do help a lot.

Lynda G

HELLO EVERYONE...I hope you are feeling as great as I am. I am so
pumped about losing ten pds. in one week..I've never been that
sucessful on ANY diet before. The hCG is already loaded and frozen, I
just thaw each syringe out for a few minutes then give myself the
shot. Which is HUGE for me-it has been so much easier than I thought
it would be. I had a plateau for a day-and got a little down. I was
so tempted to cheat when I saw my favorite snack a Trader Joe's
yesterday, but I'm so glad I didn't. Seeing the scale down 2 more
pds. made up for it. I went to the store Macy's and tried on a dress
in a size smaller-didn't buy it..but it was an AWESOME feeling to see
a difference already. Everyone keep up the GREAT WORK.

Hi Rick,

I don't think you were the only one who had a rough time eating all
that food. YIKES! Isn't it wonderful to feel the freedom from
conquering old fears? We are with you every step of the way!!!

stuffing my face with things my brain told me NOT to. I actually
thought that I would enjoy the gorge days (for old time sake) but I
really didn't. Eating all that nasty stuff made me feel crappy and I
almost rolfed a few times. I too could barely get the stuff down and
I almost a gagged a few times. I ate Golden Corral breakfast buffet,
chinese food, sushi till I almost exploded on both days and lots of
sweets. I freaked when I got on the scale and saw that I ended up
gaining 12 pounds in two days... which should technically be humanly
impossible. LOL But for the record its all good as I have already
lost it. :)

at stuff like that to help me psychologically separate from it LOL)

I apologize. This post got all squished together after I sent it.
The numbers for the first section were my starting info, then my

Hello all,

I am officially finished with injections and the 2 days of the 500 cal
diet after. Here are my final numbers.

5/20/2007 START GOAL
Weight 170 130
% body fat 41% 25%
Inches 330.5 300
BMI 28 22

6/30/2007 FINISH VARIANCE
Weight 145 25
% body fat 29% 12%
Inches 301 29.5
BMI 24 4

CAN YOU BELIEVE ALMOST 30" LOST!!! I am especially happy to be under
30% of body fat. I still have about 10 more lbs. to lose, but am
confident that I can do that with exercise after Phase 3. For those
of you wondering about where the inches came from: neck, chest, 1
bicep, ribs, abs at belly button, both hips, buttocks, both thighs,
above knee, below knee and calf. The most... 6" off the abs!!
I am waiting for my hubby to come home to take my after photo, then I
will post both before and after. I can't wait to see the difference.
I had my first Phase 3 eating day. I really noticed the difference in
my appetite and my lack of desire to eat more than necessary.
If KT ever reads these things, I want to thank that man. Out of all
the weight loss programs I have ever done, this was by far the most
efficient and I believe will be longer lasting. I have not been below
150 for 12 years and to do it in only 6 weeks, amazing!!!
I got my hcg off of www.naturalcures.com from www.ghihrt.com. They
were probably more expensive than others, but I was eager to start and
nervous and wanted to go with the company he recommended. I like that
the injections were in the love handles. It was a no brainer, never
hurt, hardly felt it.
For those of you starting out, good luck! For those of you on the
fence, JUST DO IT!!! If you're in the middle of it and getting
discouraged over a plateau, do the 6 apple and 2 cups of corn silk tea
day... it works!
LOL, Deb

Ok guys....I am gorging but unbelievably I am having a hard time of
it! I started my inj yesterday (6/28) by last night I had to literally
force the food in, I could have gone without dinner. I did gorge the
day before I started the inj, just because over the last 13 years I
have been on and off diets so wanted to be sure. I ate so much
yesterday but i only gained .4 ounces!!! I went to McD's this morning
and pigged out...again I had to literally forced it down I wanted to
gag. Also when I gave myself the inj (150iu) I did it above the knee
towards the outer thigh. I did both times bleed alittle. Anyone else
bleed with inj, or am I doing it wrong. I went on our site and pulled
up the pictures of where...hope I'm doing right??? Also anyone else
have trouble gorging at all? You would think I would be shouting
Hooray!!!! But I am actually dreading eating lunch!
Thanks,
Laurie

The book says to stop during your cycle, but alot of people on this board  have continued through their periods and said they did not gain anything, but they did have some increased cramping, but not too bad.  I plan on continuing through my cycles.

Happy Gorge days,   I have not started yet, but have gone back and read every message on this site.  Alot of people have complained of not feeling hungry and having to force the food in, but everyone says to make certain you gorge as much as possible or you will be hungry when you cut you calories.  It sounds like its best to eat your meals out, as it sounds like you are doing.  Good Luck!!!!!

Laurie,

The one thing about this protocol that I love is that I don't think about food all the time.  For once in my life I don't spend my days planning my next meal.

Good Luck and big hugs,
Jeanne
