***Is anyone doing daily injection? My
estimate is 30 shots would be enough for
me which should not cause concerns of
immunity per Simeons's protocol. NHW is
doing the 5 day injection and 2 days off
schedule.

Are there any other versions, like 6 days
of injection with 1 day off?

I would like to do daily injections if it
speeds up the process

>>>If you are doing 23 days you can inject
daily without any worry of immunity. For
those of us doing the 40 injections, some
are injecting daily, and some are doing
six days on, and one day off, as Simeons
suggested. It is your choice.

As I want to stave off immunity I am doing
6 on, 1 off.

I have been doing IM injection of hcg for 5 days. I would like to do
subcutaneous injections instead.

Has anyone done subcutaneous injections with good results?

This is my 5th day on HCG. I have been doing intramuscular injection
but I would rather do subcutaneous injection because it is easier for
me.

Has anyone done subcutaneous injection instead of IM injection with
good results?

I would be interested to see from a statistical point of view, who is
walking daily as suggested.

Joe,

The colonic is now a regular part of our week. Both my husband and
feel so much better since doing it as a part of phase 1.

Great work so far. Sounds like you have good internal communication
about moving forward. We are surrounded by far too many promptings
and teasings to eat inappropriately. We didn't get into this position
of needed to lose weight suddenly, so it will take time to reprogram
our old habits and patterns of choice. Keep up the great work. Your
weight reduction in phase 1 is certainly something to be proud of.

Thanks for the info,

wow, you've done amazingly well.

As for the price hike, that's out of control. Is it due to all the NEW
hCG interest? Not fair at all to old clients!!!

I use NHW in Tn. It is $49 a week.

So far I have lost 19lbs in 19 days.

I am pleased.

Thanks,

Megan

Okay..not that I'm glad that any of you are feeling dizzy too, I'm just
glad that I'm not crazy. It completely freaked me out this morning. I

Me too!!! As I'm injecting, I felt a strong
wave of dizziness and nausea. I had to bend
over to make sure it didn't get any worse.

At first I thought I had punctured a blood
vessel, as I had read on a site for injecting
that if IM shots accidentally get straight
into the blood stream then you can experience
nausea, dizziness, fast heart rate, and vomiting.

I immediately stopped injecting and aspirated
again just to make sure. There was no blood so it
wasn't that.

I just thought it was me being ridiculous about
watching a 1" needle go into my leg. That is
very interesting.

I immediately felt nauseous and light-headedness,
and the nausea stayed with me for quite a while.
My desire for food instantly vanished as I was
injecting. I am having to force myself to eat.
Here I had bought all this food for my loading
days, and I don't want to eat it. I take one look
at it and I feel nauseous.

I'm not the only one having to force myself to eat
on my first day. Someone else just told me the same
thing. Fascinating! I hope this lasts throughout the
forty injections.

I have felt dizzy alot and had weird sensations a bit when I first started. It
sounds weird but i
actually felt like it was having a balancing effect on me. I also had light
ovulation type
cramps from time to time but have always had menstrual irregularities and I feel
that is
working itself out. For dizziness I got some organic parsley (high in
Potassium) someone
posted cant remember who. I also took some potassium pills and it helped a ton
but it is
advised not to take anything. I just felt I could and didnt get a weight loss
stall.

If you know how many calories are in the
rest of what you are eating then you should
be able to measure out what you need.

As each veggie has a different calorie count,
you could have more of one and less of another
I am using the calorie charts as a guideline for
amounts.

I hadn't heard of it either. It never
even crossed my mind until someone asked
about it.

Then I thought: Now who can I ask about
that? If I were going to a clinic, I'd ask
my doctor---but I'm not going to a clinic.

So I called the 800 number, for GHI, at the NC
forum. They were able to tell me right away.
I'm sure there are people in their 20's doing
this, and not realizing. Or perhaps they do
know, but have decided to proceed anyway.

Did they explain why you can't do it?

They told me something about the fact
that you are still developing certain
hormones up until that age, and that it's
not a good idea to do it before then.

That really surprises me that KT says it's
okay as long as the girl has her period.

As this is a hormone, I would really question
giving it to someone that hasn't even fully
developed into an adult yet.

***KT's book says lasts for minimum of 21

minimum of 23 injections -- did I mis-understand
something?

>>>No. They do say a different number of days.
I am going with what Simeons says as he is
a doctor, and has researched this entire protocol
thoroughly.

I am following what has been said regarding
more recent research as to the dosage and today's
more toxic society, though.

Hi all,

I posted this on the 'old HCG yahooo site' and just found this one. Also sorry
for the lame
spacing issues, for some reason my computer (mac) does that on this forum.

I am on Day 19 (effective) in phase 2 and have lost about 16 pounds now. Weight
loss is not 1 pound a day anymore but I am happy with the changes and the
success this
far. Also I think I got lazy and stopped exercising so I am going to start that
back up this
week. I will be on it for 20 more days or so. My question is: some people are on
programs
that have you taking one shot of HCG per week in the maintenance phase to
facilitate a 2
or 3 pound loss per week after phase 2 or 3 not sure. Has anyone done this? I am
not
talking about anything in Phase 2 or the 3 diet days after your last injection.
This is for
more gradual loss by the week. Any info or experience would be appreciated,
especially if
you are doing that what diet requirements are there? Any on the that one HCG
day?
Throughout the week? Is it in Phase 3 or 4? I know in Phase 3 theres no sugar
and
starches. Do you think that 'sugar' includes fruits? Probably..damn....I cant
wait to have a
piece of organic chocolate this summer..I had twin babies right before Christmas
and I am
starting to not look like it at all!!!!

email me at traciabyington@... or post if you can offer any insight.

Also newbies feel free to bounce questions, I am no expert but have been on it
for 3 weeks and IT ROCKS! Best diet around.

That is the first I have ever heard of an "age limit", I believe that is unique
to the oral HCG.

What does a handful of veggies look like? Can I just eat romaine
lettuce leaves? How many lettuce leaves is a handful? I just want the
simpliest, easiest, lowest prep work there is.

Thanks,
Jai

Hi Megan -

I have never tried the injections, because I did not know they were
available. I had only been introduced to the oral version by a
friend. I tried Releana which worked great for me. I did not drop all
the weight I wanted though due to travels. I can tell you though that
I did manage to drop 24 pounds in a month and a half. While I'm happy
w/ the oral version, I think the injections would be best as it seems
to be a purer form and by what I can read from peoples postings, it
seems to render better results. Another thing that I'm taking into
consideration is the price. Releana is a one month supply and the
cost as of today has gone up to $250. It was previously $140. Usually
they want you to purchase a package deal which includes appetite
suppresants ($350 for one mo.) but you really don't need them if you
follow the diet accordingly. I hope this information helps.

I just called GHI and they told me im too young as well.. im almost
24...so that realllllly sucks!! why wouldnt kevin tell people u have
to be over 29 to even do the program? It seems kinda dumb that
because we are under 29 we cant do it :(

Hi,

Could you tell me about your grand success with oral hCG . I am
wondering why you are back to do injectable?

Did you lose all you wanted to? have you had trouble keeping it off?

Sorry, just so curious.

Well done,

Megan

KT's book says lasts for minimum of 21 injections........Simeon's
protocol says minimum of 23 injections -- did I mis-understand
something?

Hi all -

New to this site but not to HCG (I previously did the oral version and
had grand sucess but feel this route would best so I'm giving it a
go!). Like many of you I'm new at the mixing / injecting protocol of
HCG so I need all the help I can get. I've recently ordered my items
and should be receiving them soon. I'll keep you posted. I just
wanted to say Hello to all and Thank you for all of your hard work
that you have put into this forum. Looks like a wonderful group of
people w/ great information and genuine positive support. Thanks to
all for sharing!

Jane, I am looking to lose weight and reshape. I have gained some
weight and it is very hard for me to lose it. When I went through
GHI I found out that I have a hypothyroid (but just barely). I
thought they would not give it to me because I was not over weight
but they said that it is not prescribes as just weight loss. It is
used to slow down aging and they said to feel more alive and
energetic. I know some other ladies have said that it has slowed
down the growth of unwanted hair(which most ladies have it somewhere
including myself). I work out a lot and eat right for the most part
and my weight would not budge. This is hard for me when my sister is
20-25lbs less than me and the same height. Hard not to compare when
we came from the same gene pool. Hope that answered your question in
a long way and I dont take it as a personal question I am here to
help just like everyone else!!!

Jennifer
