Hi,

I'm on day 22 of the 500 calories and sublingual HCG. I've lost about 10 lbs
since I started (after loading). I just ended my TOM so I did not take the HCG
for about 4 days. During this time, I neither lost nor gained really. A week
ago on the calendar, I weighed only 1 lb more than I do today. Is this typical
when you are on your TOM? I'm starting to wonder if I've already hit immunity!
I really hope not!!! I got some Keytone testing sticks and I am negative each
time I test. I started testing yesterday (which was my first day back on HCG
after my TOM). Anyway, I'm not sure what's up. Any words of wisdom/advice?

Thanks!!!!!

Most of us have been taught that a college degree is our ticket to a successful
life of achievement and fulfillment in a career that we have chosen rather than

The steak day applies to phase 3 of the diet. Just hang on and you'll drop that
weight providing you are following the protocol specifically. As far as not
eating meat, I mainly eat fish & shrimp. I eat not beef & very little chicken.

Lisa,

I misunderstood your first post -- I thought you were saying the instructions you got were from Mediral and that didn't click with what I knew of their instructions.   They recommend a lower dose period. I see now that someone else is making up their own instructions.

Does make me wonder why she has increased the dose by 30% -- maybe that empties the bottles a little sooner?

Thanks for the information about what you were told.

But I'm finding conflicting info. on the internet. Some say 15-18 drops 2x day, some say .7 ml (which doesn't help me cause I have no way to measure that--the oral syringe I bought from the store wasn't helpful and doesn't fit in the bottle.) Also, can you use regular lotions on this brand? Most lotions contained mineral oil--is that ok? I tried the Releana Hcg brand last year and it allowed you to use anything. Any help from anyone would be appreciated!

Rules and Dosge for Homeopathics

Written by Donna Carlton, Life Skills Coach, C.H.t.-NLP, HTC, CBS,QBS, MRET, HT(ASCP)

When taking the HCG Weight Loss Formula use 15 drops x3 a day to begin with.
If that is not enough HHCG then your body will tell you because you will NOT be hungry. If it NOT enough HHCG then you increase the amount by 2 drops until you feel no hunger.....most clients stop around 20 drops or less.

The dosage range is set at 10 to 20 because each body system balance needs are different. You may when using homeopathic
start with the lowest dosage of drops and work your way to the limit. OF it is needed. Wait as least 2 days in-between dosage changes to see if it is balancing the body or not.

1. Take nothing by mouth 15 minutes prior to or following dosgae. The includes food, drink, ciggarettes, chewing gum, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.
2. Limit caffine or nicotine in any form, such as pop, coffee, chocolate, cigarettes. If necessary use these 1 hour after taking a homeopathic.
3. Limit mint in any form, such as candies, toothpaste, and mouthwash.
4. No camphor, as in muscle and joint rubs. Avoid mothball fume and any strong aromatic substances, such as perfumes and colognes.
5. Limit breathing of other strong smells, such as paint thinner, eucalyptus, cigarette smoke (especially menthol)
6. If dental drilling or mouth trauma occurs, rub a homeopathic into your gums for 2-3 days after dental work.
7. Limit raw garlic to 1 hour after takeing a homeopathic.
8. Alcohol sensitivity: If a person is sensitive to alcohol, put drops into a glass with 1 oz of warm water (around 100 F). Allow 1 minute ofr the alcohol to evaporate by stirring with wooden spoon.
9. Place drops under tongue and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing.

anyone in the forum who is taking the HHCG drops should really check out her website. She will answer any questions you may have concerning the drops. It is different than injecting the HCG. Her webite is geared towards the homeopathic approach.

Lisa,

What is the reason for not eating 20 minutes before or after?  That doesn't make any sense since it is absorbed through the mucosal tissue of the mouth and NOT involved with the stomach or any food that might be in it.

Mediral company says 8-10 drops X3 a day.  Their literature doesn't say to hold it under your tongue for a few minutes either so I wonder why you were told a few minutes.  The aborption is almost immediate so I don't understand why the long wait that doesn't seem to follow general suggestions for under the tongue absorption.
Just trying to understand why the different messages and directions.

Hi,
I used the Mediral drops and know others that used them also. The dosage was 13 drops 3xs a day under the tongue. You should make sure you do not eat or drink anything 20 minutes before or 20 minutes after for the drops to be effective. Hold it under your tingue for a  few minutes to absorb. Also, more is not better on the drops. If you are hungry up your dose a drop. BUT if it isn't real hunger that may cause you to become hungry. I know people who are fine with 10 drops 3x a day. You have to figure out what is right for you.
Good Luck

Good Luck
Lisa

Has anyone been on this particular brand and can tell me exactly what the correct dosage is to take? I ordered this from a friend who does the injection so she wasnt sure.
