Thank you so much for clearing that up for me! I'm sure you will be hearing from me more now, since this part, for some reason, scares me!!  But, hey! I did 42 days of VLCD, without problems, and I am trying to have firm faith that this will be just as good!
 
Thank you again for your help! I'm so glad to be in contact with others who are going through the same thing, and ones that have been there, done that, on this protocol.

You do continue the VLCD just as you have, for 72 hours after your last dose. Since today, Thursday, is your last dose, you do the VLCD until Sunday at the same time that you took your last shot (today).

If my email explaining that I find it hard to read all caps was offensive to ANY one else in this group, it was not my intention. I DO find an all caps email hard to read, since the letters seem to swim together.... but at 44, maybe I'm just getting old! LOL
 
As for this group, I have been more of a lurker, but I have found that you are all helpful, wonderful people, and I am glad to have found you! It has helped my last 42 days be much easier for me! I've lost 32 pounds, and can't wait for my next round! I have another 30 - 35 lbs that I would love to get rid of, and this is the fastest, BEST way that I have ever lost weight!
 
Now....today is my last shot day. I'm nervous about the next 4 weeks, til my next round! Any advice and help would be so greatly appreciated! Also, do I keep eating like I have for 2 or 3 days? I've heard both, but want to make sure that I am doing it correctly.

If you're not going to listen, then you're setting yourself up for failure on this protocal. When you eat from the Phase 2 menu & don't cheat, you will lose weight. As far as recipes go? Check out the files & links section on this group. I'm sure there are recipes there. Bottom line is: follow the protocal & don't be eating things not on the list. No one here on this group is trying make enemies with you or with anyone....this group is nothing but supportive. Listen to what the people on this group are saying..... they know what they're talking about..
