Harry Benjamin's Syndrome

This is a group for people who have survived Harry Benjamin's Syndrome, (or who currently are on medical treatment for this condition) and have had corrective surgery to fix their biological congenital incongruity between their brain and other secondary sexual characteristics.

Communicative interaction at least from time to time is desired and encouraged.
Transpeaking is discouraged (We are not trans, we are Intersex).

People who have survived a life-threatening condition such as Harry Benjamin's Syndrome are Wonderful people; for them this has been a long, traumatic medical, social and personal battle. They should be admired for their courage and tenacity in the face of adversity. They are marvelous models of women and men for other girls and boys (with or without HBS) to follow.
