I live in a Universe that is made of Love. And all that I am comes from the
one source of Love, which is spirit. There's no separation, no distance, no
delay in the loving that this Universe is up to. It's all immediate, total,
holding nothing back. I choose this day to enter into this kind of loving.

I choose to love all people, without exclusion or differentiation. I choose
to hold nothing of myself back. I look at the places I've held myself back
in fear or in hesitation...and I get over it. I enter into my life with a
powerfully renewed passion and a trust in this power of Love...this Love
that heals, that nourishes, that transforms whatever it touches.

I give thanks for this ability to choose to love even that which seems
unlovable, and let it be a great blessing to all life. And so it is.
