Homebound'ers XChange is an unusual group for shoppin' n swappin' and blessing others who have chronic illnesses or disabilities. Its a place where anyone who is homebound to advertise work, skills, crafts etc they do from home, post to sell or swap something or post something they are looking for. As well its a place of christian fellowship and giving. With all the many, many needs out there amongst people who are unable to work and/or unable to get out of the house we can help them locate items and even put together 'care baskets' for those in need. Everyone has something to offer whether they know it or not. It could be a compassionate shoulder, a greeting card and sometimes even a piece of clothing. All these things and more can make a huge difference to someone.

Also this is a place where you can discuss ways to inspire and organize churches and organizations to minister better to those who are homebound. You may post advocacy related items and issues as well as terrific suggestions members can pass on to youth groups etc.

This is a Christian based group. Please no flaming or anti-christian remarks. Also try to follow through with things you promise others. If your illness makes it hard to meet commitments timely then say so when you post your home business or swap item so others know what to expect :) Please, NO multilevel marketing sales pitches! Spam posts will be rejected.
