Hello everyone! I do think we should have a social night outside of
the regular meeting! I'm somewhat new to this group since I'm still a
student, but I have noticed during the last two years we have had our
meeting on the last day of the conference. This works well to discuss
how the conference went, how it can be approve, and etc.

I think it would be nice though to meet earlier in the week once
everyone has arrived in town for the convention. Maybe for a dinner
at a nice restaurant?? :) I would be happy to plan the dinner and
everything provided that there is enough support.
