Hi Everyone,

I think the student that Mary is asking around with low vision problems is my roommate and classmate. She is hearing and unfortunately, her vision deterioration was a recent development.  I am more than happy to pass on the information to her directly than through Mary.  If there's any audiologist or audiology student out there who's hearing with low vision problems, please contact me as well.

Solange, who is Jay Sheehan and do you have his contact information?

Thank you,
Jess

Hi,
I believe U Conn may have a student in their AuD program w/normal hearing that has low vision. Might want to contact them and see what they ahve done in the past. Also, call Southern CT State University. I am not sure whether they have had an audiologist w/low vision, but it is worth talking w/disability offices of any major university that has an AuD program. Jay Sheehan is also a great resource as well. Hope that helps.
