New Delegate Contact Information

It has truly been a pleasure getting to hear from many of you over the past two years. I have learned much by representing your concerns and interests during my term as your delegate. However, my term is now expired and a new leader is taking my place. I would like to introduce to all of you – your new ADA Delegate At-Large: 30 Years Old and Under – Melissa Pflugh, MS, RD of New York. Melissa is very excited to begin representing your interests in the HOD. She will be sending out an introduction email message very soon. You’re in good hands – Melissa is sharp and will do an excellent job representing you needs and getting important information back to you.

I would just like to leave all of you with these thoughts.

Never give up your dreams. Never listen to the nay-sayers that tell you can’t do what you want to do. Never think that the ADA and its member leaders are not working hard to make our profession better. Never give up your ADA membership. Never stop volunteering to do your small part in making a difference in your district/affiliate dietetic associations. Never stop working to promote yourself and your colleagues.

I wish all of you nothing but success! Keep up your passion! Believe it or not – each of you help to a make difference! Collectively, there is nothing that we can't do!
