Midwest HD At-Risk Retreat February 10-12, 2006   Message List

Dr. Clingerman from the HDSA Illinois Chapter copied me on this to help get the word out.  This sounds like a wonderful retreat for anyone who is able to make it!  All of the details are in the attached flyer.

Please find attached the upcoming At Risk Retreat Flyer and Registration Form.  The weekend is set for Friday though Sunday, February 10-12, 2006 at the Gainey Retreat & Conference Center In Southeast Minnesota - This will be a special weekend uniquely designed for:

�� At-risk young adults (ages 18 to 40 or so)
�� who are non-symptomatic (tested or untested) or have chosen not to be tested
�� and a friend or spouse

REGISTRATION:
Registration fee is $100 per person, which includes two nights private accommodations, all meals and conference materials. Confirmation letters will be mailed. If anyone needs financial assistance, please contact the Regional Office in confidence (contact info below) and a scholarship will be sought. Or you might bring this flyer to your local HDSA Chapter to see if there is any scholarship funds that might help send you to this retreat.   
 
If you are able to attend, check with the Upper Midwest Regional Development Director to see if others from your area have signed up to carpool to the retreat and maybe you can try to share a ride [or volunteer to drive].
 
DEADLINE
Applications are due by January 15, 2006. Complete the attached entry form and mail it before January 15th. The list of inquiries and attendees will also be held in strict confidence at the HDSA Upper Midwest Regional Office and will not be shared with the National office or any other entity.
