We are now in the process of recruiting subjects who would like to participate in a new Huntington disease research study entitled Identification of Novel Biomarkers in Huntington Disease at Indiana University. Eligible participants will be asked to complete two study visits at Indiana University in Indianapolis approximately 1 year apart. The study visit will last approximately 6 hours and will include a neurological examination, detailed eye movement testing, thinking tests, as well as other testing that will be described to you by the study coordinator. Also, participants will be asked to contribute a blood sample. Please be aware that there will be no results given concerning any of the testing performed.

Funds are available to pay the cost of travel to Indiana University and all arrangements will be made at the time an appointment is scheduled. In addition, $50.00 will be paid as a modest incentive for participation in the study.

The Identification of Novel Biomarkers in Huntington disease study is seeking participants who meet the following criteria:
- Between the ages of 18 and 65
- Biological parent diagnosed with HD
- Not clinically diagnosed with HD
- Not experiencing symptoms of HD
- Not have a diagnosis of another major neurological disorder (Parkinson disease, Alzheimer disease, ALS, Stroke, Epilepsy,
- MS, Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder)
- Previous gene testing to determine HD gene status (both gene positive and gene negative individuals are being recruited)
- Not pregnant
- No head trauma that caused the loss of consciousness and required hospitalization
- No significant abnormal eye impairments
