I found a bunch of new video's today that, although not HD specific, I'm hoping y'all find helpful.  I don't know about some of you, but I'm a visual person.  I'd much rather watch a short video clip showing me something then read instructions LOL

 

Some meds used in HD where a pharmacist explains why a doctor would prescribe this medication and the common side effects. [Who knew Valium was once called "Mother's Little Helper"?]   There's short one on Tips for Easier Pill Swallowing that gives tips to use warm water and tells us tilting your head back for pills and forward for capsules help!

 

Some great video's on seizures and all the various types of seizures. Others on depression, anxiety, bi-polar, AD/HD, GERD and understanding urinary incontence. Some of these might be useful to help people outside your family understand your condition better?  I learned more on seizures today then all the things I've read!

 

A lot of good video's to help you relax, exercises for the body and mind, some you can do at your desk, a few on the basics of Tai Chi [article on TaiC hi and HD in the Nov. 2007 Marker]

 

I'm off to do the Indian Head self-massages to help with the tension from too much time on this computer ;=0  Seriously, play those and see how you can massage yourself if no one is willing to help!
