The students at Stanford University are to be COMMENDED for the wonderful resources they provide all HD families! For anyone who hasn't checked HOPES out recently, they've updated their entire website! I've captured some of the direct links to HD resources available on the HOPES website onto the attached Word document for printing/sharing with others or just to save and click on when you want to visit that page!

What we've added:
- An easier to use, more graphically pleasing interface
- A search feature (see right side of page)
- A new emphasis on our interactive features (see box above the search bar)
- A new forum for discussing Huntington's Disease related issues (see the menu on the lefthand side of this page)
HOPES is a student-run project at Stanford University that offers a public web resource on Huntington's Disease. We focus on the scientific side of Huntington's Disease (HD), hoping to make accessible recent research on the causes and effects of HD and what can be done about them.
We do not run a research lab or publish original findings; rather we summarize and synthesize the research of others for a non-technical audience. We aim to complement the valuable care-and-support information available on the Huntington's Disease Advocacy Center (HDAC) website
www.hdac.org. The HOPES team includes faculty advisors who supervise and proof-read its content, but the main work is done by Stanford students, mostly juniors and seniors (to read more about us, click here). Please bear with us if new postings appear at uneven intervals as we work our way through mid-terms and finals. To contact HOPES with comments or questions, click here.
