Gonna keep it short and sweet because Gracie is sleeping restlessly tonight and keeps crying out for me, but I haven't e-mailed in so long and I wanted to drop a quick one in if I could. I've been so busy with trying to take care of everything here at home that I just can't seem to get enough time to get an e-mail off, and by the time get everyone down to bed I am so tired I can't think straight enough to type out an e-mail.

Anyway, I am doing okay. I decided to get myself into counseling because the drugs I'm while working wanders are not going to take me any further, and I think I need more help than they can offer.

Caleb is of course back in school and doing really well this year. Gracie is 2 1/2 can you believe it?

Dad is not doing so well. His heart is in bad shape........................Gracie is crying i have to go now will write more later
