Betty,
I hope this all works. This message group e-mail stuff is new for me.
Oh no, (panic) where is the spell check? Whew, I think I found it.
Thank you for your e-mail. I also lost my mother 28 years ago and my
father just 2 months before my husband died in January. I find it very
strange how I can be just fine one minute and griped by grief and in
tears the next and then just as fast as it came on, I am made strong by
God's Grace once again. Sometimes I have asked God why he gives us such
great loves and then takes them away from us. It is clear to me that
God definitely has a bigger plan and we only know a very small piece of
it. So I do believe that Aaron did not live a day longer or a day
shorter than what God had planned for him. He finished his work here
like a good servant.
I have also found that most of us never live life like we will die
someday. My view is so much different after being so close to my loved
one dying. Earthly things just don't measure up anymore like they used
to. I am not afraid of dying, in fact, like the song by Mercy
Me.."Homesick" I have never been more homesick than now.
Thanks again and I will be lifting you up in my prayers too. God, in
His amazing way, does give us strength to carry on.
Kay
