You are more than welcome to join this group. I am truly sorry for your loss and we all totally understand the raw emotions that come once the numbness of the loss starts to wear off. My father died 37 years ago when I was 13 yrs. old and my mom died 1-1/2 years ago in 2005 after I took care of her the last 5 years of her life during which time she had multiple strokes.
We are each at a little different point on the journey thru the grieving process and there is always someone to help you thru each step of the way. My prayers and thoughts are with you and please use this group to talk to us, vent to us, lean on us and let us be your friends thru this. You are NOT alone in any step of the journey.

I would like to join your group since the numbness has worn off now, I am feeling much weaker now than when he first died. I have been corresponding with J Hum and he suggested that I join this group. Kay McNulty
