Hi Lena,
I can tell you that the Good Mood diet has been working for me. I
have lost 10# in 5 weeks. The structure of eating every 3-4 hours and
combining the protein & carb at each meal or snack seem to be helping
me. I suffer from clinical depression, and I can't say I am ready to
throw away my perscription. I do feel though as if my mood has been
lighter. Another thing that makes a difference for me is the cocoa in
the evening. More than a few times I have been able to pass on the
cookie knowing I have my treat at the end of the day. As with
anything there is no guarentee, but this seems to be working for me
and I would not hesitate recommending it to someone.
