Hi,
I am very happy to report I have been on the program 3 weeks now and
have lost 5#. I am so excited that I have found a program that works
for me. Not only losing weight, but being able to stick to it. Some
programs I have not even lasted a day on.
I have found I can make decisions out of thoughtfullness, instead of
impulse. Last night after I had my dinner I wanted something sweet. I
had some cherries instead of hitting the M&Ms.
