I don't care for artificial sweetners. What if I use raw sugar? Is that a no-no?

I use one cup skim milk heated in my microwave takes about 1 min and 45 sec. be sure to heat the milk before adding the cocoa it will blend the cocoa better. Two teaspoons of cocoa undutched and splenda to taste I use 2 spoonfuls of splenda but my hubby only uses one and adds reddi whip on top. It will just depend on how you can handle dark chocolate my sister could not handle it so bitter and she only uses 1 teaspoon of cocoa in hers. Hope you enjoy!Amy-----Original Message-----

Thank you for the replys and the advise. I will move the egg to breakfast and add a half sandwich to lunch. I forgot to drink my vegtable juice yesterday. I printed off the good mood log from the website to help me stay on track.
How do you make your cocoa?

Hi again Julie,
I also wanted to mention not to skip the cocoa at night. I have found
that during the day if I am tempted by a cookie or something knowing
I will have that cocoa at the end of the day is enough to let me pass
on the temptation. I also use that time to reflect on my day and
journal.
