Hi again Julie,
I also wanted to mention not to skip the cocoa at night. I have found
that during the day if I am tempted by a cookie or something knowing
I will have that cocoa at the end of the day is enough to let me pass
on the temptation. I also use that time to reflect on my day and
journal.

I use one cup skim milk heated in my microwave takes about 1 min and 45 sec. be sure to heat the milk before adding the cocoa it will blend the cocoa better....
