Hi Julie,
I am also new to this program, just finishing my 2nd week. As Amy
said, don't forget your carb at lunch, and the egg at breakfast. I
like Newman's Own Olive oil & vinegar dressing. It has a good flavor,
and olive oil is suppose to be better since it has the omega-3 oils.
I lost 4# the first week, and have felt better. I deal with clinical
depression and can't say I am ready to get rid of my meds, but I have
noticed laughing more.
